Not Showing Order in My Account?
I ordered a Prusa Mini in October and paid and have an invoice and reference number but nothing is showing in my shop account. The order isn't there and none of my address or profile information is there. Isn't the order supposed to show on the order history page? I emailed the Prusa support "info" email address yesterday and haven't heard back yet.
Also - when I log into the forum - it defaults to an old account instead of the new account that I set up when I ordered the Mini through the shop site. What is going on and how can I get the forum to default to my new information?
Read through the post immediately below this one. Log into the online Prusa shop and contact support via chat directly. They should be able to resolve your problem quickly. Good luck!
