Mini base print problems

Hi everyone,

I have problems with my Mini +, I am currently trying to manufacture the Mini base. My main problem is with the rear right part, I have already printed out the front right part and fits perfectly into the aluminum profile. In the case of the rear part you can see that the lines that should fit in the aluminium profile are not in line . I have already printed the part in the X-axis for the problem zone and in the Y-axis, both times it looks the same. I checked the alignment of my printer X to Z-axis, there I had 0.1mm height difference over the entire length. I'm running out of ideas as to what could be the cause.

Lack of adhesion to the bed: this can occur due to incorrect height of the nozzle in relation to the base, or poor leveling; but also lack of adhesion.

Hmm, my adhesion to the bed was good, on the first few trys i printed directly on my PEI print bed (material PETG) the adhesion was to good, I nearly damaged my print bed. So I used a gluestick to reduce the adhesion and get protective layer to my print bed. The problem was always the same.
