Is Prusa Shipping?
I ordered an MMU and a satin steel sheet, both were and still are listed as in stock. When I asked support how long it would take to ship, I was told that they go out within a day or two. I ordered over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. When I contacted support about it a day or two ago, I was told, "a few days."
I've read repeatedly that Prusa is really good about maintaining their lead times on this page. That apparently doesn't hold up for the MMU though. Anyone know what is up?
I'm on the verge of cancelling the order. Based on what I've read about the MMU being finicky, it was already a tough decision as to whether I really wanted it or not. I have (had?) a rare week of free evenings that I was planning on using to dial it in, but that's almost gone. I should have ordered a month ago, but that's on me.
I'm not mad, not asking for heads to roll. I'm OK waiting, but I'd really like to know how long I'll be waiting.

Ditto. I ordered an MMU on 10/17 and it has not shipped. It was listed as being in stock. I am committed to the learning curve, but I surely would like to get on with it.

Thanks for letting me know. I ordered 3 days after you did, so hopefully mine will also ship soon as well. Maybe I'll get lucky and have it this weekend.
Also wondering about shipping
I ordered a MK3S+ two weeks ago which was listed as "in stock".
Last week, customer service said it is ready to ship, but a week later, I still have heard nothing about shipping.
I'm not mad, just in the dark wondering when I might hear about shipping dates.
I need to plan my work and it's hard when I have no idea when to expect the printer to arrive.
I did contact Prusa via email as opposed to the chat window pop up. What I basically got was that, in general, they can take up to a week to ship stuff in normal circumstances. I feel as though that should be reflected in the lead times, but based on the email that doesn't seem to be the case. Additionally, they had a national holiday last week which added at least a day of delay to things if not more. They're also behind on shipping due to a relatively high number of orders and also just a general world-is-f*****-up right now in getting stuff from one location to another.
I can relate to you having a plan. I had some time off last week and my kids were in school. This hasn't happened in years, and it would have been a perfect time for me to fiddle with the MMU. I'm not mad that I didn't get it, just disappointed. Had the lead time information on the help page reflected reality, I never would have gotten my hopes up in the first place.
Sylvia's MMU shipped two weeks after her order was placed. Mine will be at two weeks tomorrow, so I'm hopeful that it'll ship tomorrow. Maybe I'll have it this weekend, but I seriously doubt it.
Follow up
I got an email notice today from Prusa Research explaining some of the challenges in getting my order shipped and assuring me that it will be on its way as soon as possible. I still don't have a date for shipping, but I appreciate the courteous and helpful explanation.

My original intent was to find out if anyone was actually receiving stuff that was ordered. The MMU, at the time I made this post, did not have a lead time listed on the help page. I suspected that Prusa, like the rest of the world, is experiencing logistics problems but I was having a hard time getting direct answers from them. The first 3 times I contacted support, I was told it was boxed up on the shipping dock and ready to go. It just wasn't going. So I was curious as to if anyone was getting stuff.
I finally received my MMU last night. Now I just have to figure out when I'll have time to install it.

I am sure there are some delays for items that require electronics.

It is odd that your MMU showed as sitting on the dock waiting to go for days. My order shipped right within the estimated window. From label entering the FedEx system to my doorstep was about a week; it was air freight, so didn't fall into the black hole quagmire of container shipping. It did sit for a day or two, but I've seen that before with other vendors in the past; having done shipping in the past, I know that's normal. BTW, today is assembling the extruder and hotend at least, possibly getting ready to push plastic.

Orders to certain countries often ship only a couple days a week.

My MK3S+ printer arrived today 3 1/2 weeks after it was ordered. Quite a reasonable delivery time given all the crazy in shipping right now!
I am so pleased to have the equipment. If Prusa had been able to tell me it would arrive by mid-November, I would not have even had a question about it, but with the uncertainty in shipping, I understand why they were not able to offer a ship date. To answer the original question, Yes, Prusa is shipping!
Now to get printing...
