Has anyone received any orders from late April
That would still be valuable feedback because that's how I'd more than likely use it as well. I bought it because it sounded cool to do multi-material parts, but now that I'm into it I haven't found any multi-material parts I really want to print. I do a lot of the M600 color change stuff, and that's working well.
The only thing I thought off would be the water soluble supports. That sounds like it would be useful, but year the color changing stuff would just be a nice to have thing but not vital to most prints.
Finaly get shipping note, ( Ordered 8th May) Funy Point the MMU I ordered after it was possible again for backorder also was shipped today
Got my shipping notice yesterday (Ordered on May 9th), with a DHL ETA of this coming Thursday. Google Sheet has been updated.
Finally bit the bullet and ordered the MK3S kit today. Updated lead times are now saying 5 weeks as they're looking to steadily increase production, maybe I got in at a better time. For anyone who has been waiting a while, I'd think that they're going to start shipping big amounts within the next week or so.
So now I play the waiting and wondering game, constantly checking my order status every few hours for the next five weeks!
I got my shipping notification July 1st, but when I went to FedEx’s website it stated a shipping label had been created. Today, July 2nd it actually got picked up and an expected delivery of July 6th to western USA. Yay!
I ordered May 18th, black and orange, PEI and no extra stuff. Spreadsheet updated.
Just got my shipping notification! Bought @21.05.2020.!
Guess they really are ramping up, looks like they are only about 2 weeks behind now. Interesting.
I tried the chat last friday (it was one day before my order would be 5 weeks old), and the guy said my order (Mk3S with some filament) would probably ship around mid july - that would make it 7-8 weeks. So, at least at that point, he wasn't expecting any clear reduction in delays in the near future.
Just got my Printer! Ordered May 9th, delivered July 2nd. 54 days.
Delivery was Super Quick , Printer and MMU ( Ordered after was able to back order again) come in one package ( paid double shipping but get both same time for me ok)
So Far can only say Never saw a so good packing all sorted in Boxes and labeled just some of the prints I was wondering a bit about the quality in holes or bridges and special the sniffing lines i was not expecting .
Sadly he come too late for a soon buildup have to finish lot work first before can finally start with the buildup, ( made me sad so I direct finished one of the Haribos)
Just received my shipping notification. Ordered May 23 - Shipped Jul 3. Updated the Google Sheet entry
I place an order for Original Prusa i3 MK3S kit - Color: Black and orange, Spring steel sheet: Double-sided textured powder-coated spring steel sheet on 2oth may It will hit 7 weeks on the 8 of July and I have still yet to receive any information about the shipping status.....
I just got an email that my order (placed May 23; Mk3S kit with added PLA) was shipping. Will update the online document later today.
I got all excited this morning because I got an email from Prusa about my order!!! Following the spreadsheet, I knew others who ordered around me have had theirs ship or even be delivered already. Unfortunately it was just an apology letter saying the updated lead times are really more like 7 weeks. Bummer. Fingers crossed I get another with my shipping info soon.
@jasonptitus Yup, woke up this morning excited to see the good news of finally getting my order shipped. NOPE. It was just a completely pointless email. 🙄 I wonder which genius came up with this April Fools joke
I ordered at the 17.05. and the orange kit was sent at the 14.07. It arrived a few days later and is busy printing at the moment.
I'm now on week 10 for an assembled printer. Not shipped yet, and might only be next week (week 11) from a live chat yesterday. It was 5-6 weeks at the time I ordered. I did update the spreadsheet.
Yeah, I'm very frustrated. I'm well past the 7 week mark on an order that had a 5-6 week lead time back in May. Every day I see the order tracking doc get updated with orders from June being sent out. There's now been over a dozen orders placed after mine that have been shipped. Orders with black kits, orange kits, PEI sheets, textured sheets, both sheets, 4 extra rolls of prusament, extra nozzles...
Prusa seriously needs to correct their process for deciding which orders get shipped because right now they seem to be shipping your order faster the more you bother their customer support about it. They're creating a system that encourages the customer to be as annoying as possible.
Leave a message with support including your order number. I tried this and it took them several days to reply but they gave me a pretty accurate projection of when my order would ship. Sometimes things get lost in the shuffle.
