Gcode Glitch? Printer glitch?

Using my I3 MK3, I downloaded an .STL from thingiverse and setup through Slic3r PE using a profile I had used many times before.

The first print was only a short way into the print before I stopped it to slow it down for a better finish. Using the same gcode on the SD card and at a slower speed (80%) the print came out with what looked like a variation of the gcode. I regenerated the gcode in slic3r and tried again with yet a different result.

Photos show two half printed versions of this item. One looks normal the other is really strange.

I will try again tonight after restarting the printer.

Has anyone seen this before? What could cause this?

The model has some issues ... try turning on thin-wall detection.

Thank you @tim-m30

I turn on thin-walls and this enabled me to print this model correctly. I had no idea this kind of thing could happen from this problem.

Yeah - I really don't get why it would scramble pathing, either, but walls were an obvious flaw in the model and something easy to try.  Thanks for letting me know it worked out.
