Annealing temperature PC Blend

Hi there,

following up on another thread were @Diem strongly recommended annealing as a potential fix for warped flat prints I tried to find the glass transition temperature for the PC Blend. Failure all around!

Most freely available info I could get was about PLA, ASA/ABS and PETG based materials. Anybody aware of a good source for this type of information or even better could let me know what annealing temperature would be a good starting point for the PC Blend?

Cheers

Hansjoerg

It worked!

Layered between two Pizza stones (the only flat and heat resistant things that I had available), weighted down with two kgs, heated up to 120 degrees, left it there for an hour, turned the oven off and let it cool down.

Nice and flat!

Two more rounds to go and I can finally assemble the project 🙂
