Unistrut Rail buttons for very large rockets

Printing rail buttons today for unistrut launch rails.

The grey is printed with Polymaker Polylite Grey ABS
The dark blue is printed with Novamaker Blue ABS

I am not happy with the lines created by the supports but I will keep trying. I am sure the rail will "sand" them off. I did confirm that they fit the rail.

Nice, i heard that PolyLite ABS warped less than regular ABS, have you experienced this as well?

@3dprintingscience

Absolutely.  I love the stuff.  I especially like the orange and yellow ABS.  I have found that I get great quality prints with less warping.

@charles-h13

Do you use ASA as well? If so, from which manufacturer? I have been able to achieve excellent results with black DuraPro ASA from extrudr.

Little warping and can be printed very well. The material is also very tough and has a good UV- and heat resistance.

(currently i'm testing this material for new MK3 parts).
