It's a rhetorical game, played badly. Until now, The Entity has cited the "2 year old thrown off plane" whenever alluding to "mask rage". When it's pointed out that this incident had more to do with policy than any rage incident, it shifts to "I didn't say it was!" and moves the goalposts. If it ever nails down a specific answer, it will change yet-again when someone points out that it's not a good example or that there are subtle aspects to it. Don't bother trying to play.

Good that you do not succumb to the evils of road rage, I also hope you do not succumb to the evils of mask rage.

What I have no time for is healthy people walking into a shop without a mask as they think the rules do not apply to them, I think this practice is appalling, but would not "rage" at someone for this, it is completely pointless as you will not change that person's mind by doing so.

The Entity seems confounded whenever somebody actually checks out what it's going on about and discovers the sources are doubtful or that it has completely misinterpreted -- more likely, just applied its own preconceived conclusions to -- the results. Other than for purposes of figuring out how it works, direct interaction is pointless.

The entity appears to be mentally disturbed or impaired.  For humans, A psychologist or psychiatrist would be a good next step.  For this entity, I would recommend a programmer consider reprogramming.
