Weird first layer texture

How do I fix this? This is happening in white and black overture filament at 190F nozzle and 60F bed

Yes it does look weird.  Not sure why first half looks great and then second half looks weird.

I'll give an inexperienced guess: dirty steel sheet? Did you wash the steel sheet with dish washer soap? Or use Windex spray on it?

First half

I’ve tried printing 3 times and it has done the same thing every time. First part goes great then it fails

Umm.. it's possible that the bed may be not leveled?

Your first layer Z calibration is off; you are too low, too squished.

I suspect @jmh714 may be right so wash your steel sheet.

There may be another compounding issue but try these fixes first

( If this is PLA then you may be printing at too low a temperature but I need to see a decent first layer at default temperatures before I can judge properly. )

Cheerio,

Probably a typo, because 190F (=88C) for nozzle is too low for any filament.
