Problem starting 2nd layer
The printer when making the first layer comes out perfect, the problem is when the 2nd layer starts, the filament comes out very badly, it does not adhere to the first layer, it comes out with many lumps, I have tried changing the temperatures, speeds, cleaning the entire extruder , but nothing corrected the problem, does anyone know how I can solve it?

First layer is usually with higher temperature (per Prusa slicer, tab filament setting, filament page). So I think, your filament may need higher temperatures or as you didn't stated type, maybe even slower speed.
