Help with oozing and stringing

Help.

My mini was printing great just using the default settings until it wasn't. I tried some HTPLA which tends to ooze. In the process of troubleshooting that I started mucking with the hot end and now I can't get good prints with anything, including Prusament PLA (Which was printing perfectly before).

My filament is a few weeks old now and I store it in plastic bag with descent whenever I'm not using. Room is 20-23ºC and 40-50% RH.

The oozing is so bad that I can clean the nozzle and I'll have a big ole' string noodling out before the printer has fully come up to temp. Is this normal??

RE: Help with oozing and stringing

Print one of these: Temperature tower.  It will highlight the best temperature.  If you still get too much stringing at all levels, the filament is likely hydrated.
