Hardware testing - heatbed failed.

I just ran testing before first print. It test the hardware to make sure everything functional. At first, I had two failure: Y axis and heatbed. I fixed the Y axis by adjust the belt tightness. But I'm not sure how to fix the heatbed since it seems it did not reach 100 Celsius - it only went up to 76 Celsius and then it stopped and declared failure.

How do I fix it?

Thank you in advance.

RE: Hardware testing - heatbed failed.

First check the connections, both ends, a slightly loose plug can become more so as things warm up.

Cheerio,

If all the wires and connectors are in order and it still doesn't work, I would contact the prusachat.

Just log in with your Prusa account and select the eshop. After a few seconds the chat window should appear on the lower right corner. If the chat window does not open, disable a possibly activated adblocker or try another browser.

good luck!

I checked everything - all connectors are good. Still had failure.

So, I follow what @karl-herbert suggested: contact via Prusachat. They asked me if I have steel sheet on and I said no. He suggested me to put it on and it passed.

Seems that I have habit following MK3S steps as not putting the steel sheet during self test. So, Thank you guys. 😊

@jmh714

Thanks for the feedback. Often the solution is in front of your eyes, but you don't see it.

happy printing 👍
