First print was going great! Until the end...
What could have caused this? Is it the z offset too close? too far?

Hello,
The part has come off the steel sheet, so I would say Z-offset to far or a dirty sheet.

For the second, a big clean of it with hot water, dishwashing liquid and a sponge (with the soft face, not the green one), should be good.

I only use fresh paper towels to clean the sheets ... avoids accidentally using the dish sponge I just washed the butter dish with.
