Extruder Motor Stalling

When loading filament into the extruder the motor seems to stall and just vibrate. It also seems to push the filament in the wrong direction. I have tried disconnecting the motor and reconnecting it. The problem seems to occur if another motor is connected to the same motor port as well.

I purchased the mostly assembled version of the Mini+.

I have removed the motor from the housing and with no load on it the motor is doing the same thing. See the video below.

I would suggest contact Prusa customer service - best way to do is go to store page (be sure you logged in) and click chat on the bottom right. They will help you with that.

It turns out one of the resistors on the motor driver wasn't connected properly. Once it was all connected up worked fine.

RE: Extruder Motor Stalling

I am having the same issue with my Mini, and now it still makes the sound, but much quieter, and won't move at all.  Do you have any additional info on the offending resistor?

Thanks

RE:

Check R65 and R67.

I'm not sure if these are them, because I don't have an electronic schematic.
