Don't tighten the Z-Axis screws to much
If you tighten the Z-Axis screws to much, the XY Bed might come to close to the probe witch leads to errors during the mesh bed leveling.
Not sure if the printed Z-body is the perfect solution. Maybe add some metal spacers to reduce deforming?
