5th print and printer just shuts off- completely dead now
So I have printed about 20 hours or so of different things like benchy, a gopro mount, and a calibration cube. On my most recent print. the printer stopped, i looked to see what happened and the screen was black, fan off, nothing moving. I checked to see if the switch had been bumped by something on my desk, and it was still on... now it is not turning back on regardless what the switch does... checked the outlet in the wall to make sure the PSU has power and was checked with a multi meter to confirm the psu is still working. Is there something I'm missing here besides the switch or is my printer just dead? I have built 3 of these minis (not plus, but basically the same) with my friend and have had 2 printers besides this one and never had this happen with any of them.. not sure what to do and pretty upset being that i waited 4x longer for delivery than it even worked..

Could be a blown fuse.

i would also check the fuses on the buddyboard first:

if the fuses are ok, I would contact the prusachat (login with prusaaccount -> eshop).

I had a (maybe) same problem with my Mini from October 2020 about 1-2 weeks ago. The printer stopped in the middle, the display stayed on, but the printer could not be operated. After a restart only a white display, otherwise nothing happened. Fuses/PSU were fine - after unplugging and plugging one fuse or waiting 15-20 minutes, the printer ran again. The problem occurred irregularly and with different GCODES (sometimes it printed 7 hours, sometimes 12, sometimes 2...).
After some support attempts (printing without Octoprint, cleaning the orange LCD cable and more) I got a new Buddy Board. Since the change again problems.

I had a (maybe) same problem with my Mini
Unlikely.
If support have taken you through all the standard procedures then I would begin to look at the printing environment and power supplies. Are you running other machinery? Do you have an irregular mains power supply?

Sorry for the late reply. I was out yesterday and wanted to check these things first. The fuses are in good condition (cant figure out how go put pic from phonen) and the wiring is all secure with nothing seeming to have been moved out of place. The outlet and psu are still working fine. Was hoping it would decide to wake up after a day, but still nothing.

For support: Log into your Eshop account, navigate to support and live chat is at bottom right in most browsers. If not you may need to disable your ad-blocker temporarily.
